Event and operational data: events, bookings, schedules, assignments, messages, documents, and check-in records.
Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited details such as amount, status, and last four digits — never full card numbers.
Usage and device data: log data, IP address, and basic analytics used to operate and improve the Service.
We use information to provide and operate the Service, process payments, send transactional notifications and emails, provide support, maintain security, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party processor, under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Within an account: a company's staff and vendors see only the event information shared with them. A company sees the data for its own events, staff, vendors, and clients.
Service providers: we share data with vendors who help us run the platform (for example, hosting, email delivery, and payment processing) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without them.
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Some records (such as event chat history) are retained on a limited schedule and then deleted.
